The stats don’t tell the story with Hickok. He’s a throwback kind of player that plays with a controlled recklessness. He seemed to be in on every single tackle on kickoffs. And he just got better and better throughout the season at linebacker. In fact, he was named All-Conference 1st Team at linebacker. Can do some damage running the ball, too. Had a highlight run against Anacortes in week one. Will be a defensive leader in 2018.
